Dear Abarth Enthusiasts (Abarthisti),
We are happy to invite you to our “4th International Bassano del Grappa Abarth Club Reunion” that will take place, as previously, during two days in order to be able to maximize our time in our territory and our passion for the “Scorpione”.
Our desire is to be able to renew our friendships and make new friends from all of Europe, while sharing days of friendship and passion in safety as our Club philosophy dictates.
Saturday afternoon will focus on greeting the Abarth enthusiasts that are arriving from other areas and introducing them to our most beautiful territory.
Sunday will be the main manifestation day and you may want to only participate then.  This day has attracted more and more passionate members from all of Italy and all of Europe becoming the reference point for Abarth’s non static gatherings.
Bassano del Grappa’s Abarth club thanks you for your interest up to now, hoping to see you and get to know you during these two days of festivities.
Naturally all the staff will be at your full disposition in the next few months.

PROGRAM “4 INTERNATIONAL ABARTH MEETING BASSANO”
Saturday,  May 27, 2017
Meeting time is scheduled with buses between 14:00-14:30 at the following locations: Hotel le Nove, Hotel La Rosina, Hotel Glamour, Villa Albrizzi. Once gathered, we will move towards Valdobbiadene, the region of one of the world’s most famous wine’s “Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG”. Here we will visit a winery, accompanied by a wine tasting and a “spunciotto (aperitif)”.  (You will also be able to buy wine bottles at this time.)
Following the visit, we will go to “Villa Albrizzi” where a typical Veneto Region dinner buffet will be served, accompanied by traditional music and great Prosecco, immersed in a charming old structure.
Safe return by bus to your respective lodgings is scheduled for 23:00.


 Sunday, May 28, 2017

• 08:30 – 10:30: “4 international abarth meeting bassano” welcome to all participants with a classical Italian breakfast of “Cappuccino and brioche”.
  During registration at the information point you will receive a “bag” containing the “Road Book”, gadgets, stickers, snacks, water and the typical “Bigolo di Bassano” (pasta) to taste at home as a memory of a day of passion and friendship.
  Small tours to the historic Bassano bridge and to the “Nardini” grappa museum/shop where you can buy bottles of Bassano del Grappa’s symbol product.
  
  
• 11:00: Departure of the Abarth caravan towards Cima Grappa (1776m), making one of the most fascinating climbs of Monte Grappa with 28 hairpin turns.  During this drive there will not be any stops due to logistical reasons and space (because there is no place to park 200 cars).
  In the final phase of the trip we will have a chance to see fortifications from the “First World War” called the “Ladders of Primolano” in memory of the war’s 100th year anniversary.
  
  
• At 13:30: Arrival at the “il Piopetto” Restaurant of Romano d’Ezzelino where you will be offered a buffet of snacks and soft drinks.
  At the tables you will be served 3 starters and 1 main dish consisting of meat followed by fresh seasonal fruit, all in the open air.
  
  
• 15:30-17:30: The program will continue with a lottery, with many winning prizes extracted by the children participating.
  Final thanks to the various participating clubs, the Day’s sponsors, the awards categories : youngest Abarthist, oldest, more distant and largest group.
  Conclusion and Arrivederci until our “5th Bassano del Grappa Day” to be held in 2019, which coincides with the 10 year anniversary of the Bassano del Grappa Abarth Club.

Jeg sverget i 2015 på at jeg skulle være med neste gang. Men, økonomien er ikke helt der så vet ikke om jeg har råd...

Jeg vurderer seriøst å prøve å få til denne turen. Må prøve å gjøre det så rimelig som mulig.
Tar gjerne imot tips om reiseruter, overnatting osv for turen.

REGISTRATION

To register, complete the online registration form and indemnification statement, which you can find on our website www.abarthclubbassano.it under the link: Registration Abarth Day 2017.
We will confirm your registration by e-mail after receipt of your registration fee.
For organizational reasons (logistics, food and events) a maximum of 200 cars was set. Unfortunately, it is necessary to limit the participants to ensure optimal organization, both in terms of content and quality level.

Registration fee for Sunday May 28th, 2017 is:

50 Euros for driver
45 Euros for each accompanying person (children under 12 years 25 Euros and children under 4 years are free)
The fee for driver participation includes:
Rally stickers and gadgets, road book, Mini tour to the Nardini Grappa Museum, Breakfast in the Square, snacks for the ride, water, Bigoli, Bage (badge?), Bracelet and Lunch.
For the accompanying person:
Mini tour to the Nardini Grappa Museum, Breakfast in the Square, snacks for the ride, water, Bigoli, Bage, Bracelet and Lunch.

Registration fee for Saturday May 27, 2017 is:

55 Euros for person
30 Euros for children under 12 years 25 Euros and children under 4 years are free
The fee includes: transport by bus to the various locations. Visit to the Winery. Tasting and spungiotto (appetizer) at the Winery. Dinner buffet at the Villa. Drinks inclusive. Music.
For those wishing to only attend the dinner and arriving at the Villa on their own between 18:30-19:00 the cost is:

35 Euros for person
20 Euros for children under 12 years 25 Euros and children under 4 years are free
The fee includes: Dinner buffet at the Villa. Drinks inclusive. Music.
During all of Sunday no alcoholic beverages of any kind will be served.
All drinks and food outside the program are not included during event day!
Since this is an event invitation, people who are not officially registered do not have access to reserved event locations.

During Sunday’s events no dangerous road behaviour is allowed by participants. The Rules of the road apply throughout the day.
The week before the rally we will send another email with further instructions for the day.
Please specify via email in the online registration any food allergies of the participants so we can adjust your menu to reflect your needs.
There will be an ambulance with first responders available during the event for any discomfort you may have.

You will have to make your own hotel room bookings. The organizers do not provide any reservations for participants. Although, there will be some prior facilitations at the following hotels:
